Courtney Brooke Smith is an executive with over 15 years of corporate experience. She has held senior positions with Fortune 50 firms that include JPMorgan Chase, American Express and Goldman Sachs.


As a winner of the National “Communicator Award” Crystal Award of Excellence, Courtney has been noted most recently for her change management accomplishments, utilizing such skills as profitability modeling, effective sales management, financial forecasting, strategic planning, and global brand positioning.


Courtney holds an MBA in Marketing and Management Informational Systems from the Martin J. Whitman School of Business, Syracuse University; and a BA in International Political Science from Wells College.


Giving back to her community has been a life-long mission for Courtney. She holds a Development Certificate in Corporate Community Relations from Boston College and a Management Development Certifcate from Cornell University.
